Conditions for All Trips
A 50% deposit is required to confirm dates. Some trips, arranged
more than a year in advance, only require a 25% deposit. In
this case, another 25% is due in January the year of the trip.
A signed "Disclaimer of Liability" is due with deposit,
or immediately after deposit is paid. Trips are not confirmed
without a signed "Disclaimer of Liability". Balances
are due 60 days prior to arrival. If payment is not received
by this due date, deposits are subject to forfeiture and cancellation
of trip.
Cancellation Policy Not Covered By Trip Insurance:
If canceling party rebooks space, no penalties apply. A written
notice of cancellation is required prior to Outdoor
Passport putting the trip up for sale. If Outdoor
Passport rebooks the trip, a 15% (of the total
value of the trip) cancellation penalty will apply. All other
deposits and payments will be returned to canceling party. It
the trip does not sell prior to the balance due date (60 days
prior to arrival) all deposits and payments are forfeited.
Cancellation Policy Covered By Trip Insurance:
Contact Outdoor Passport and your insurance carrier. Outdoor
Passpor will supply the insurance carrier all
pertinent documents in order for you to receive your refund.
Disclaimer of Liability
Outdoor Passport, LLC acts only as an agent for airlines, charter
air carriers, railroads, other providers of transportation,
hotels, hunting, fishing and game lodges, camps, outfitters
and guides in arranging to provide the services and accommodations
included. Therefore, Outdoor Passport,
LLC assumes no liability for, and the Client
by acceptance of the services provided, agrees that Outdoor
Passport, LLC shall not be liable or responsible
for any loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, injury
or death which results, directly or indirectly from any act
or failure to act whether negligent or otherwise of any such
airline, charter air carrier, railroad, other providers of transportation,
hotel, hunting, fishing or game lodges, camps, outfitter or
guides, and further agrees that Outdoor
Passport, LLC makes no guarantee as to the success,
quality (trophy) or quantity of fish or game that may result
from such fishing, hunting, or the effect of poor weather conditions.
The client acknowledges that the trip involves inherent dangers
and may require extreme physical activity. The Client shall
be responsible for the cost of accommodations and associated
transportation for overnights en route caused by bad weather,
flight schedules, overbooking or cancellations and other events
beyond the control of Outdoor
Passport, LLC. Outdoor
Passport, LLC reserves the right to decline
to accept or retain any person as a member of any trip or expedition
and to cancel any trip prior to departure in which case a full
refund will constitute full settlement to the Client. All quoted
prices, rates and fees are subject to change without notice,
and Client agrees to be responsible for same. Baggage, personal
items and equipment are the sole responsibility of their owners
at all times.
Outdoor Passport, LLC
shall not be responsible for the return of any deposits and/or
payments to the Client due to the cancellation or change by
the Client or by the supplier for any reason. However, Outdoor
Passport, LLC will attempt to provide replacements
in the event the Client cancels and to negotiate with the outfitter
to obtain the return to the Client of as much of any deposit
and/or payments as possible minus the cancellation fee. In addition,
the Client acknowledges that insurance was available that would
provide compensation for lost or damaged luggage, trip cancellation,
medical expenses, and supplier bankruptcy while planning for
or on the trip. Parties agree and consent that all issues as
to Venue and/or Jurisdiction to resolve any matters that may
arise under the terms of this agreement, shall be vested in
the State of Montana. |
