PASSPORT LINKS
Over
the last several years, the booking business has become increasingly
competitive and with this trend, many agents are beginning
to sell hunts and represent outfitters in areas that they
have no experience or familiarity. Unfortunately it is the
client who loses in this situation. At Outdoor Passport,
client satisfaction and success is our top priority. In order
to ensure this success and satisfaction, we, in some cases,
will encourage you to consider working with another agency.
With this in mind, we have put together a list of booking
agents and their contact information that we have had great
success in working with over the years. We feel these agencies
are among the most reputable and experienced in the business
for representing particular areas and can confidently recommend
their services. We ask you that if you do contact one of these
agencies, that you mention Toby from Outdoor Passport
referred you. This way, we can all continue working with each
other to better service you, our valued client.

In
1952, Roman Hupalowski started the first hunting consultant
company in the world. Roman was a gentleman and well known
for his high ethical standards. He pioneered many sport hunting
activities in the world and his accomplishments are legendary.
In 1991, Gretchen Stark took over the reins of the company
when Lloyd Zeman was tragically killed in a horse accident.
She has continued the pioneering traditions Safari
Outfitters is known for, opening new hunting opportunities
in Pakistan, Iran and Western China. Safari has grown during
her tutelage establishing new offices in Texas and Mexico.
As Asian Division Manager, Gretchen travels regularly to Asia
and other regions of the world to meet with her business partners
and to explore new hunting opportunities. For this reason
and the fact Safari Outfitters has been in
business for over 50 years, Outdoor Passport
can comfortably and confidently recommend anyone who is considering
an Asian or European hunt to contact Gretchen Stark or Clark
Jeffs at hunt@safari1.com
or review their web site at www.safari1.com.
Again, tell them Toby with Outdoor Passport
sent you.

I have
had many years experience with these species and the areas
these species live. I have spent a considerable amount of
time in the Arctic negotiating contracts, hunting and have
booked many clients on successful Polar Bear and Muskox hunts
so if you have any questions, I would be happy to assist you
in anyway possible. However, I also understand the importance
of regular communication and maintenance of yearly contracts
with Inuit people and feel it is better to work with those
who have already built and maintained a long-term working
relationship with the Inuit. With this said, I have great
confidence in working with and recommending Brent
Chapman of BC Outfitters Consultant, Ltd.
for all arctic species. Brent and I have successfully worked
together over the past several years and believe this relationship
will only benefit the clients. If you are considering hunting
the arctic, give Brent a call at (250)542-6919 or email him
at brent_chapman@telus.net.
